Online mediation is simple and easy when you have the correct equipment and basic training. Most computers are capable of using the software required and of accepting a video camera and headset, if you don't already have those computer accessories. Please review the list below for the required technology. Computer - Any computer using XP or Vista operating systems may be used for online mediation. You will be required to download and install a few small programs, so you will need room on your computer.

Connection - A high speed cable or DSL connection will be required to participate in live virtual mediation environment.

Video - A web cam is required for all participants to see one another.

Audio - A headset is preferred for clear audio.
