Global Mediation Initiatives: online e-mediation over the internet.

Training.
A qualified trainer will provide you with personalized training, introduce you to the technology and customs of online mediation, and answer your questions before the mediation begins.

Training is simple and easy, but you will need a little help. Once you have the proper hardware installed, you can elect to have on-line virtual training or on-site training. Training usually takes from one-half to one hour, depending upon the number of people you want trained at any one training session. There is a charge for this training, but it is a one-time only charge.

Virtual Training is conducted entirely over the telephone and internet. Your virtual training includes a test conference where you will learn how to participate in online mediation. Your audio and video capabilities will be explored and the mediation process will be reviewed. You will learn about security, digital signatures and what to do if there is a problem while you are in mediation.

On Site Training can be used to train more participants in one training session and more easily accommodates group training. On Site Training also includes a test conference where you will learn how to participate in online mediation.

Mediation Concierge Services are provided immediately prior to the mediation. After all of the mediation participants log in, a Technical Advisor, or "concierge" will be available the first 30 minutes to answer any last minute questions. The concierge will be available if you want to review the technology, test your online signature or ask for other technical assistance. There is a charge for this additional one-half hour service of $50.00. Should any party experience technical difficulties during the mediation, the concierge will be on stand-by to assist. Additional training or concierge time is $100 per hour.

Ms. Cole has asked an experienced technical trainer, who also is an expert in pc computer technology, to be available to assist on-line clients in learning how to use this simple virtual mediation process. Lynn Cole receives no remuneration, either for training or computer purchases. She provides this online mediation service at no additional increase to her normal and regular mediation rates. For Ms. Cole's mediation rates, please contact adr@lynncole.com. adr@lynncole.com.
